But in every multi-party democracy, individual aspirations must always be in sync with their ideological party identity, the very platform on which those individuals would want to stand and advance their political growth  The NDC as a political party must not become just a tool for party executives in actualizing just their dreams, rather, party executives must remain religious to their contracts and promises upon which they were elected to serve. Can Trusting Your Gut be Good for Business?

There are many stories out there of entrepreneurs having the famous ‘aha!’ moment when they finally realise how to solve a big problem, or what their successful product will be, or any other pivotal decision that arrives as if by magic. These intuitions have been studied by psychologists and it appears there may be reason to trust these epiphanies after all.

Our minds are constantly seeking to recognise patterns and we do this consciously when we analyse data and recollect information. Our mind is also doing this on a subconscious level with a much wider range of information which is not currently even on our mind yet our brain is still able to access it.

It is this subconscious level of pattern recognition that researchers believe is responsible for these eureka moments. This doesn’t mean that every idea that pops in to your head is a good idea of course. It is vital that you gain experience and absorb information for your mind to work with and to create connections within, otherwise your big ideas might just fall flat after all.

It might seem risky to run with an idea that simply comes to you in a flash but these moments can be huge turning points. They can provide an internal motivation that helps you push past obstacles and challenges, and assures you that it is all worthwhile. Of course it is still important as you go on to apply some rational thought and logic to the direction you are taking your business in but never forget to let yourself run with a hunch from time to time.
