But in every multi-party democracy, individual aspirations must always be in sync with their ideological party identity, the very platform on which those individuals would want to stand and advance their political growth  The NDC as a political party must not become just a tool for party executives in actualizing just their dreams, rather, party executives must remain religious to their contracts and promises upon which they were elected to serve. Barely few weeks ago, Ruth Seddoh told the over one thousand party delegates drawn from the 275 constituencies across the country that they should elect her as a deputy national youth organizer of the party, in order to work for the party and deliver the youth votes  Ten (10) candidates were standing up f

NANA B and MR ACQUAH CELEBRATE EID-UL-ADHA WITH GMSA

                                ✍️Story by: Kengel Yeboah

On Tuesday, July 20,2021 at 7:15pm, Mr.Samuel Amos Ofosu (Nana B), a UGSRC Presidential aspirant and his running mate, Mr.Acquah Alfred, joined the University of Ghana Muslim Students Association (GMSA-UG) at their main Mosque on UG campus to celebrate Eid ul-adha, which honors Ibrahim's willingness to sacrifice his son Ismail as an act of obedience to God's command.

Mr Samuel Amos Ofosu (Nana B) after donating two boxes of Don Simon, advised the students in attendance, particularly Muslims, to observe the genuine essence of Islam by celebrating Eid-ul-Adha in moderation this year.

Islam, he claims, stands for peace. "As a result, all religious activities should be conducted in peace and moderation."

"I want to advise other students here, especially Muslims, against engaging in ungodly actions while we celebrate Eid-ul-Adha, one of Islam's five pillars," he said.

The students' faces were lit up with excitement, which stemmed not only from the fact that they were able to congregate on campus this year, but also from their enthusiasm to see the ubiquitous UGSRC Presidential aspirant, Samuel Amos Ofosu and his running mate, Mr Acquah Alfred

It's worth noting that this was the first time the two candidates went out together after the UGSRC Electoral Commissioner confirmed their merger.

Mr Lukeman Dabon, President of the Ghana Muslim Students Association-UG, and Mr Fatawu, President of the Commonwealth Hall GMSA, were among the executives present at the ceremony.
