Banning Clinton Baffour (BBC), the SRC President of the University of Ghana-Accra City campus has won the best SRC President in the just ended UMB Tertiary awards 

The Student Leader was nominated in the UMB Tertiary Award’s Best SRC President category with all the SRC Presidents in the various tertiary institutions in Ghana.

After BBC received his award,he ecstatically said;  “Leadership with honors is certainly an inspiration and a sense of appreciation for the good works being done. Indeed we are in the Era of Hope and nothing is impossible before the sight of man. God bless all those who supported the vision and let's keep the support and prayers coming.  Thank you to the organizers of the UMB Ghana Tertiary Awards for the platform and acknowledgment”

Usually the show doesn't dabble in student related politics - the focus of Leadership Focus has usually been topical national political issues.
