The Clash: Commonwealth Hall JCR denies clashing with Mensah Sarbah hall

On Friday, August 5,2022, several media outlets reported an alleged clash in front of the SRC Union building between residents of the Commonwealth Hall (Vandals) and the Mensah Sarbah hall (Vikings).

Earlier yesterday, August 6,2022, a communique purportedly from the University of Ghana Registrar's office claimed there was a clash between the two aforementioned Halls.


Kendave discovered a letter circulating on social media from the Commonwealth Hall JCR's office denying the Vandals' involvement in the clash. They believe that,some people who are not from the hall engaged in the said act.
